Personal Injury / Civil Mediation
Half Day (4 hour) Mediation - $700
A focused four-hour mediation session designed to efficiently resolve personal injury matters, including motor vehicle injuries and accidents, as well as insurance, contract, employment, landlord/tenant, and other civil disputes.
Full Day (8 hour) Mediation - $1,350
A comprehensive mediation session for more complex personal injury matters, including motor vehicle injuries and accidents, as well as other civil disputes requiring additional time to negotiate and reach a resolution.
Debt Resolution Matters (2 Hours) - $200
Designed for select debt resolution matters where a shorter mediation session is appropriate.
Family Law Mediation
Half Day (4 hour) Mediation - $500
This option is most appropriate for cases in family law where the parties have already resolved many of the issues, such as child support, custody, and debt resolution, making civil mediation a suitable choice for divorce proceedings.
Full Day (8 hour) Mediation - $950
Best suited for complex property and child-related issues, including child support, custody disputes, and divorce proceedings. Our civil mediation and mediation services can also assist with debt resolution under family law, all while keeping fees reasonable.
"Drive By" (2 hour) Mediation - $200
In family law matters, especially in cases involving divorce, child support, and custody, parties should have pre-negotiated and documented terms or some form of informal settlement, such as civil mediation. This approach can also be beneficial for debt resolution, ensuring that all mediation services provided are clear regarding any associated fees.
